What we actually do
Two ways to work with us.
- We build the tool. You’ve got a specific manual process that’s slowing you down. We look at how you work, design a tool around it, plug it into your existing systems, and stick around to support it. You deal with the person who writes the code, not an account manager.
- We find and fit the right off-the-shelf tool. Not everything needs building. Sometimes the right answer is an existing product, set up properly, with your team trained on it. We’ll tell you honestly which one you need, including when the answer is “neither, save your money”.
Your data stays with a named human in Norfolk, and nothing gets fed into a platform’s training corpus by an intermediary.
